Overview
We're continuing to grow, and we're excited to welcome a team member to our Demo Operations team.
You'll play an important role ensuring our products and equipment are prepared, packed and delivered accurately for customer trials and workshops. This role is about more than logistics — it's about being reliable, solutions-focused and committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our internal and external customers.
The Role
* Support the day-to-day operations of our Demo team by preparing, packing and coordinating equipment for customer demonstrations, trials and workshops.
* Ensure all equipment is handled with care and accuracy, including unpacking returned products, cycle counting inventory, and maintaining high standards.
* Work collaboratively with Sales Representatives and internal teams to coordinate requests, solve problems and ensure equipment is delivered on time and in full.
* Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
* Champion Stryker's values by demonstrating accountability, teamwork and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.

* We're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, team-focused environment — someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, take initiative and support the team wherever needed. If you prefer highly structured environments with constant direction, this role may not be the right fit.
* This role calls for presence and self-motivation. You'll be interacting closely with Sales Representatives and internal stakeholders, coordinating equipment and managing important operational processes. That takes confidence, ownership and the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
