Leadership Role in Landscape Maintenance
We are a leading landscape maintenance company based in southeast Queensland, focusing on delivering large-scale commercial and government projects. As our team leader, you will excel in a dynamic environment, leading a small team to achieve deliverable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the Area Supervisor and be responsible for managing and motivating their team. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading your team to achieve deliverable outcomes
* Ensuring adherence to the maintenance works schedule and communicating variances with the Area Supervisor
* Conducting pre-start and regular team meetings, including SWMS and daily JSAs
* Maintaining high-quality standards in equipment and ensuring maintenance works meet client specifications
* Maintaining equipment in good working order
* Utilizing digital reporting platforms to complete paperwork and administration tasks efficiently
* Collaborating closely with the Area Supervisor
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction across various channels – written, phone, and face-to-face. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, handling multiple tasks while prioritizing their workload effectively.
