Remote Senior Property Manager / Team Leader

Role & Duties
* Lead the management of a premium remote property portfolio
* Serve as the primary contact for investors and clients
* Oversee compliance with WA Residential Tenancies legislation
* On the ground support for all your inspections
* Mentor, support & train team members
About You
* 5+ years in property management (WA experience essential)
* Current property management/real estate registration
* Valid WA driver's licence
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Strong understanding of tenancy legislation
* Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence for building remote relationships
* Open to occasional travel to the portfolio location
