Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional care and support to our patients. Based in our Richmond office, you will be reporting directly to Sales Team Leader, and collaborating closely with our patient support team to ensure a seamless patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for new patients entering the clinic, and will be responsible for growing the patient base through inbound and outbound activity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain an established patient base and lead generation system.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and implement a strategic call management system. Nurture and provide exceptional service to our patients, embodying the values of easykind. Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, working closely with management.
* Collaborate in setting and achieving KPIs and targets.
* Weekly/monthly reporting on sales performance.
* Provide general administration and operational support.
* Hours will range from 9-5pm and 12-8pm.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, particularly in a target-driven environment is a major plus. Experience in healthcare or patient care is desirable but not required.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A compassionate, patient-focused approach.
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
* Familiarity with healthcare systems, CRM tools, and tele-health platforms.

Salary: $70,000 + commission (OTE $80,000 - $100,000)
