Known for our hero products including our cult-favourite wax stick and SLICK STICK, we're stocked in over 5,000 doors worldwide, including Sephora ME, Priceline, Boots, Coles, Woolworths, Anthropology, Urban Outfitters, Freepeople and more.
We're a fast-moving, founder-led brand with big global ambitions, and we're looking for a Marketing Executive to help bring our campaigns, launches and brand moments to life.
The Role
As Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in executing SLICKHAIR's marketing activity across digital, social, retail and PR. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, loves bringing ideas to execution, and has a sharp eye for brand and detail.
You'll work closely with the founder, eCommerce Manager, Content, Creative, Product and Sales, to deliver product launches, campaigns, influencer activity and retail support, ensuring everything lands on time, on brand and with impact.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Launch Execution
* Support the planning and end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
* Coordinate timelines, assets, briefs and approvals across internal teams and external partners
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to brand guidelines
Social & Content Support
* Assist Social Media team with content planning, scheduling and publishing across social channels
* Support content creation including briefs, shot lists and asset coordination
* Work closely with creators, photographers and videographers as required
Influencer, PR & Seeding
* Coordinate influencer gifting, PR drops and ambassador activity
* Liaise with PR agencies to support media, talent and content deliverables
* Track influencer activity and assist with reporting and follow-ups
* Support with UGC outreach
Retail & Trade Marketing
* Support retail marketing initiatives across key partners (e.g. Sephora, Priceline, Coles, Woolworths)
* Assist with in-store campaigns, promotional activity and retail asset rollouts
* Work cross-functionally with Sales to support launches and promotional calendars
Reporting & Administration
* Track campaign performance and assist with post-campaign reporting
* Maintain marketing calendars, budgets and trackers
* Support ad-hoc marketing projects as required
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or related field
* 2–5 years' experience in a marketing, brand or communications role
* Experience in beauty, fashion or FMCG is highly regarded but not essential
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
* Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
* Social-first and culturally aware, with a strong understanding of current trends
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
