We are looking for a motivated Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the PLG team at The Brook in Point Cook. You'll be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish. The Brook Point Cook offers guests the warmest welcome in our friendly environment. We have something for everyone We provide a relaxed atmosphere and a kid's zone to ensure kids enjoy their visit. We cater to both seated and cocktail style functions with tailored packages to suit everyone. What will my duties include?
* Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service, taking their orders, and providing recommendations on food and beverages.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, including dining tables, service stations, and kitchen areas.
* Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
* Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally. The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs. What we are looking for:
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
* Food Handlers Certificate.
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
* Excellent Customer service skills.
* Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Why you'll love working here:
