The Fresh Collective is looking for an experienced Barista All Rounder to join our team inside the iconic National Portrait Gallery.
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, takes pride in clean workflow, and can deliver consistently excellent coffee while keeping service sharp, efficient, and professional.

The role:
* Deliver consistently excellent coffee
* Provide warm, confident customer service
* Take orders and manage POS
* Support FOH operations (running food, clearing, service flow)
* Keep your workspace sharp and service-ready
* Assist with gallery functions and events
* Strong knowledge of extraction, milk texturing and workflow
* Calm, efficient service under pressure
