Job Overview
The Assistant Manager Sales Operations oversees operational workflows that support partner onboarding, go-live readiness, inventory management, and administrative account processes.
* Manage performance, KPIs, and SLA delivery across all regions.
Ensure fast activation of new partners. Oversee training, credentials creation, tablet delivery, technical support, switches, and merges. Guarantee seamless partner go-live through QA calls, menu/content verification, test orders, and training validation.
Manage tablet and SIM card stock, allocation, contracts, and GSM invoices. Oversee end-of-deal collection and reduce faulty stock issues.
Oversee administrative requests: replacements, terminations, new contracts, annexes, bank updates. Support Account Managers with accurate backend operations.
Standardize SOPs and centralize processes across markets. Lead improvement projects on vendor incubation, reachability, churn validation, price disparity. Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with logistics, finance, sales, and training.
