This role is key to making our mission happen: removing barriers in traditional transport options, ensuring reliability and accessible vehicles.
You'll be the driver of execution, bridging tech and operations, setting up functions and systems for scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operationalise the Project Plan: Own delivery of our Operational Readiness plan, ensuring milestones are met.
* Pilot & Launch Execution: Lead pilot programs, test the app, gather feedback, implement workflow edits, and prepare for rollout.
* Training & Enablement: Oversee user guides, FAQs, email sequences, and onboarding/training materials for drivers and riders.
* Compliance & Safety: Build compliance frameworks (NDIS, Point-to-Point, insurance) to ensure operations are launch-ready.
* Partnerships & Growth: Identify and establish partnerships, creating a framework for regional expansion.
* Team & Functions Setup: Recruit, train, and manage new roles and functions needed for launch and scaling.
* SOPs, Policies & Systems: Create and implement SOPs balancing agility with regulatory compliance.
* Cross-functional Bridge: Act as the glue between development, finance, marketing, operations, and leadership.
* Market Expansion: Build a playbook for launching into new geographies.
Requirements:
* Proven Operator: Experience taking a product/service into market, ideally in tech or transport environments.
* Hands-On Builder: Willing to jump into the weeds, from testing an app to meeting with regulators or training drivers.
* Tech-Enabled Mindset: Skilled at working with app workflows and integrations.
* Compliance-Oriented: Familiar with regulatory frameworks (NDIS, transport licensing and/or insurance).
* Partnership & Growth Skills: Comfortable building external relationships with councils, vendors, supply partners, and networks.
* Process & Scale: Skilled at building systems for compliance, risk management, and scalability.
* People Leadership: Track record of hiring, training, and inspiring small teams through early-stage launch and growth.
* Problem Solver: Thrives in ambiguity, pivots quickly, and focuses on outcomes.
Ideal Background:

* Experience: 5–10+ years in operations, expansion, project or system launch roles; strong go-to-market track record.
