Overview
Library Officer (Patron Engagement) at Flinders University provides frontline customer service to support learning, teaching and research activities. The role involves assisting students and staff with Library spaces and facilities, guiding access to information resources across the Library's collections, helping users with the Learning Management System, handling general enquiries, and referring complex queries to specialist teams as needed. The role also involves working with multiple online systems and print materials as required. You may be required to work across any of the University's Adelaide campuses as needed.

Base pay range: A$82,657.00/yr - A$91,222.00/yr

Responsibilities
* Provide excellent frontline customer service to students and staff to support learning, teaching and research activities.
* Assist users in the use of Library spaces, facilities and information resources across all Library collections.
* Assist with use of the University's Learning Management System and handle general enquiries, referring more complex enquiries to specialist teams as appropriate.
* Operate multiple online systems and manage print and digital resources as required.

* Demonstrated experience in frontline customer service with patience and resilience.
* Demonstrated digital literacy and social media skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within own team and with other teams, considering activities and outcomes from a collaborative perspective.
* Strong written and interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.
