Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management – Oversee and coordinate retail and supermarket orders to ensure timely delivery.
2. Process Optimization – Identify opportunities to automate and improve logistics operations.
3. Problem Resolution – Address logistics challenges with a solutions-driven approach.
4. Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with freight providers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
5. Inventory & Compliance – Monitor stock movements and ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
Skills & Experience
1. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
2. Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operational management
3. Proactive and solutions-focused approach
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems.
