About the Role
As the Full Time Sous Chef, reporting to the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for:
* Contributing to creative and contemporary dishes following trends and demands for events
* Leading your team to achieve high standards
* Maintaining a safe, happy, and productive work environment
* Controlling costs and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
* Being a Work, Health and Safety ambassador
About You
* You must have full Australian working rights and be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate
* Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar banquets and functions role (hotel background preferable)
* You should be able to handle pressure with ease and flexibility, especially on weekends and evenings
