As a key member of our team, the IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and associated equipment.
* Assist with regular maintenance and routine repairs of computers and related devices to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with other departments to install and configure new hardware and software, providing technical support as needed.
* Lead the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategy, including creating engaging content for our website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
* Provide expert technical input on networking computers and related equipment, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
* Manage and monitor the CCTV system, ensuring it operates effectively and securely, and making recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of ICT equipment and order necessary parts and supplies in a timely manner.
