We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to manage conferences, corporate functions, weddings, and social events from enquiry to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Business Development:
o Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and tailored event proposals.
o Promote our properties to ensure maximum exposure and bookings.
* Event Coordination:
o Manage event logistics for weddings, conferences, and functions ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
o Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
* Client Service:
o Buiild strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and a professional attitude.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in event coordination or hospitality is required.
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills are essential.
* Experience with event software and CRM systems is preferred.
