About the Role
Glenmore Priceline Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to support our Retail Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant and busy store. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Retail Managers with daily store operations
* Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve excellence
* Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth workflow
* Provide exceptional customer service and be a positive role model
* Manage stock levels, control inventory, and oversee catalogue and promotion set-ups
* Operate tills and manage cash handling procedures
* Assist with reporting and store administration tasks
* Ensure the store environment reflects Priceline's high standards
Hours of Work
* 38 hours per week across our trading hours:
* Weekdays: 8am – 7pm
* Weekends: 8am – 6pm
