An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to take ownership of its IT infrastructure, business systems, and reporting platforms.
This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day IT operations with strategic system improvements. You’ll be the go-to for MRP, Power BI, and digital transformation projects that keep production running smoothly and help the business scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and system security
- Maintain and optimise the MRP system and Power BI dashboards
- Partner with external IT providers to ensure system uptime and reliability
- Manage system upgrades, IT projects, and business cases
- Provide user support and training across all departments
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to support growth
About You
- Proven experience in IT systems management or business systems administration
- Robust knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools
- Background in IT project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination
- Solid understanding of cyber security and compliance best practice
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Hands-on with Power BI and business-critical platforms
