This role is central to supporting our HR, operational and administrative functions while helping shape a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
About the Role
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will work closely with Directors, Managers and staff across all branches to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Building positive working relationships with staff and external partners
* Providing HR support and guidance to employees
* Assisting with dispute resolution and handling sensitive matters ethically
* Adhering to all processes including templates, filing, document control and contract execution
* Supporting recruitment activities and ensuring timely backfilling of positions
* Assisting with the transition to our new HRIS platform, including testing, liaising with developers and managing updates
* Assisting with position descriptions and supporting annual performance reviews
* Contributing to cultural development initiatives
* Overseeing stationery and consumable ordering across all branches
* Maintaining invoice accuracy, including matching Purchase Orders, raising discrepancies and ensuring prompt processing
