We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our client as a Marketing and Brand Specialist. This role will focus on delivering professional, impactful brand design, digital marketing execution, and communications across a range of investor-facing channels.
This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic marketing role ideal for someone who can both execute and advise. You'll work closely with the Partners and Manager to shape and amplify our clients voice across digital platforms, thought leadership, events and campaigns.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong graphic design skills, confidence managing digital platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot, and the ability to balance creative design with marketing operations. Working closely with the Manager and Partners you will act as a key connector across functions ensuring seamless collaboration, brand consistency, and high-quality investor materials.
Responsibilities:
Content, Brand & Creative Execution
* Own the content calendar across all platforms (LinkedIn, FB, IG, Newsletters, Podcast, etc.)
* Write and design monthly newsletters (shared via EDM and LinkedIn).
* 4–8 branded social media posts per month (copy + artwork).
Social Media, Web & Emai

* Publish and schedule across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
* Manage website content updates (blog, podcast, reports), including basic CMS functions.
* Support brand SEO efforts where applicable.
Podcast Management
* Manage guest outreach, bios, scheduling, headshots, video setup.
* Liaise with editors and videographers for quality post-production.
* Optimise podcast blog entries on our website.
Events & Client Experience
* Plan and manage client events end to end (venue sourcing, RSVPs, guest list, speaker coordination, on-site assets).
* Ensure all events generate post-event content (blog recaps, video clips, social summaries).
Strategy & Measurement
* Produce monthly content performance reports: open rates, engagement, reach, downloads.
* Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), managing budgets & performance to drive brand visibility, engagement and lead generation.
* Lead quarterly marketing reviews with the partners.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Understanding of marketing fundamentals; tertiary marketing qualification desirable.
* Over 3 + years of professional experience in marketing and digital communications, with the capability to seamlessly bridge creative design, digital execution, and marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva).
* Competence in WordPress/Elementor and basic DNS/website management.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), including automation workflows, forms, and reporting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A confident "all-rounder" who can move between design, digital, and marketing ops with ease.
* Finance services sector knowledge or interest is a bonus to have

* Versatility and breadth marketing and digital experience across multiple sectors, with the ability to adapt brand, design, and communication strategies to diverse industries and audiences.
