Team Coordinator
This is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills and mechanical aptitude.
As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards.
You will lead and support site operator teams to deliver safe and effective daily operations, coordinate internal and external resources to meet production and customer requirements, conduct mechanical servicing and minor repairs on mobile and fixed plant, promote a proactive safety culture, and manage compliance with environmental and quality systems.
* Develop and implement daily operating plans that align with company objectives.
* Coordinate resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
* Conduct regular equipment maintenance and repair tasks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
* Implement and maintain a comprehensive safety program to ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with site supervisors to develop and implement process improvements.
* Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers to confirm stock levels, deliveries, and order schedules.
