Waste Sorter / Labourer – Pinkenba, QLD
Workfast is a labour‑hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading building companies. We operate nationwide across all industries. We are looking for dedicated Waste Sorters & Labourers to join our Recycling and Waste Management team in Pinkenba.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate conveyor belt systems to sort waste materials, ensuring safety and quality standards.
* Support the team with tasks such as shovelling, spotting and site cleanup when required.
* Collaborate with supervisors and management to maintain a positive, productive workplace.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high work standards.
* Follow all relevant policies and regulations while safeguarding your safety and that of colleagues.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the site manager or team leader.
What You Bring to the Team
* Australian driver's licence and full working rights.
* Prior experience in a similar role.
* Reliable transport.
* Ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol tests.
* A can‑do attitude and willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks when necessary.
* Professionalism and commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety.
