Job Description
Our next General Manager will be a passionate, innovative, and results‐driven leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry, including relevant experience as a General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take charge of a thriving hotel, and lead a dedicated team to success.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading, inspiring and developing an exceptional team of hospitality professionals to enable their individual growth and help drive the overall success of the business
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience
* Supporting all departments in the achievement of operational targets
* Overseeing the marketing and sales efforts to maximise occupancy and revenue.
* Championing employee engagement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for all our Heartists
A qualification in hotel management, hospitality management, commerce or business administration would be highly regarded.
Qualifications
About you
* A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and delivering outstanding financial results.
* Demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs
* Passionate to develop self and others
* Clear communication, creating impactful relationships with your team
* Fosters a positive owner relationship while and maximising performance
