Not-for-Profit Organisation Our client is a values-driven not-for-profit organisation seeking a People and Recruitment Coordinator to join their People Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the heart of an organisation, delivering high-quality recruitment and HR administration while contributing to a positive and inclusive employee experience. The Role: Reporting to the Director, People and working closely with the People Partner, the People and Recruitment Coordinator will oversee HR administration with a strong focus on recruitment, induction, and onboarding. The role plays a key part in ensuring people systems, processes, and practices support operational needs and organisational culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting and posting job advertisements, shortlisting, candidate communication, interview coordination, and reference checking Ensure a professional, inclusive, and positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates Coordinate induction and onboarding processes, ensuring new employees have access to systems, equipment, and training from commencement HR Administration & Systems Act as the subject matter expert for the organisation's HR systems, workflows, and processes, identifying and recommending improvements as needed Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation Monitor and respond to HR enquiries via email and in person, escalating matters where appropriate Coordination & Reporting Coordinate Occupational Health & Safety Committee meetings, including agendas and minutes Support the delivery of People Team initiatives such as wellbeing, engagement, and training programs Prepare and contribute to required reporting, including WGEA, incidents, and engagement data About You Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on candidate experience Experience in HR administration with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping Highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with HR systems and workflows, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt Ability to build trust and collaborate across a diverse workforce High level of resilience, self-awareness, and professionalism Desirable Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources
