About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store's performance and customer experience. Your focus will be to lead your team, drive results, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
* Drive sales and profitability through strong commercial acumen
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with brand standards
* Ensure operational excellence, including stock management and loss prevention
* Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

About You
* 3+ years' experience in retail or hospitality leadership (Store Manager, ASM, or Supervisor level)
* Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
* Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
