As part of our luxury hospitality experience, you will be responsible for guiding night shift teams, training and developing Front Office Agents, and ensuring the professional and efficient operation of the team.
About the Role:
 * Lead night shift operations, including team guidance, development and performance management
 * Ensure accurate maintenance of records across guest and financial details
 * Motivate and engage Front Office Agents to deliver exceptional service
 * Respond to guest feedback and implement changes to prevent reoccurrence
We are looking for an experienced professional in customer service and leadership with strong organisational and time management skills. Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality environment is advantageous.
