About the Role
Join one of Australia's leading Managed Service Providers as a key escalation point for client technical issues. You'll support a wide range of infrastructure, cloud, and end-user environments in a fast-paced MSP setting.
You'll support and work across:
* Server and workstation operating systems including Windows Server and Windows 10/11
* Desktop, notebook, and end-user device support
* Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, and AWS environments
* Networking infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and modems
* Printers, scanners, and general peripheral devices
* Backup and disaster recovery solutions
WHO ARE WE?
Our mission is to develop within the Managed Services space and evolve with emerging technologies, as well as building strong relationships with our new and current clients. We specialise in delivering high quality IT services, repairs and installation to clients within Australia. We are a leading MSP that has over 10 years of experience; and we're looking for a level 3 support engineer with understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Level 3 IT Engineer, you will need to be able to effectively complete complex tickets efficiently whilst communicating and collaborating with the support team. You will also be working on projects with a team on a client's site so communication is vital for this role.
You'll need to apply your skills in Azure, VMs, Microsoft 365, Windows, MSP, RMM, you will support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. You will need to manage, resolve, escalate and communicate in this role.
* 5 years of experience within the IT industry
* Minimum of 3 years experience within the MSP space
* In depth experience managing VMs and spinning up environments within Azure
* Able to demonstrate ability to work in a client facing position.
* Driver's License Required
* Microsoft Certifications
