The Role:
o Provide food and beverage service while maintaining cleanliness in food service and preparation areas.
o Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations.
o Drive exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
o Handle 3-plate carry efficiently to serve multiple guests quickly.
o Contribute to the events and functions at NGV.
The Person:
o RSA certification.
o Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and team leadership.
o Strong knowledge of Melbourne's food and beverage trends.
o Passionate about coffee and skilled in staff training and development.
o Excellent communication skills, capable of leading team briefings for up to 12 members.
o Well-groomed, and professional.
