Menu Planning and Cost Estimation:o Create innovative and appealing menus that align with our restaurant's concept.o Estimate food and labour costs to maintain profitability.2.
Quality Control:o Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.o Ensure consistency and excellence in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.3.
Collaboration and Communication:o Work closely with Managers, Dietitians, and kitchen staff to address food preparation issues.o Communicate effectively with kitchen and waiting staff to maintain smooth operations.4.
Culinary Expertise:o Demonstrate advanced cooking techniques and provide guidance to the kitchen team.o Advise on cooking procedures and best practices.5.
Food Preparation:o Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards.o Innovate and introduce new dishes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.6.
Hygiene and Safety:o Enforce hygiene regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.o Ensure compliance with food safety standards.7.
