Our teams provide support to NDIS participants across South-East Queensland 24/7 through individualised support services including clinical and personal care, at-home support, community participation, and innovative activities.
We work with a broad spectrum of disabilities, including spinal injuries and high-intensity support, and offer a range of SIL and SDA accommodation options.
Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking an Exceptional Service Delivery Manager.

4. Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the Australian disability (NDIS) and aged care sectors, with on-the-ground experience.
5. Business Development: Success-driven, innovative marketing initiatives to build and deliver the Charter Care Service vision.
Mandatory requirements:
* Demonstrated leadership and skills in the NDIS sector (minimum 5 years).
* Experience implementing and reporting on Behaviour Support Plans.
* Blue and Yellow cards.
* National Police Check (within six months).
* Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
