Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of in-market brand visits, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage and reconcile trip budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews (PIRs) to capture key insights and learnings
- Occasionally host visiting brand representatives, delivering a polished MECCA experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Brand Management, Marketing, Education, and Events
About You

- Experience in coordination, project support, or brand/marketing operations, ideally within retail, beauty, fashion, or FMCG
- Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, timelines and stakeholder communication with ease
- Strong budgeting and financial reconciliation skills with confidence working alongside finance teams
- A natural collaborator who builds strong internal and external relationships
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
