The Opportunity
A leading construction group is seeking experienced
Site Managers
to join their growing team in Perth. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career progression, a supportive team culture, and exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.
You'll be responsible for supervising all on-site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and values strong stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations and managing subcontractors.
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
* Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
* Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth workflows.
* Managing site setup, signage, and protection throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 10 years' experience as a Site Manager, commercial or residential construction preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
