We are currently seeking an **Executive Assistant** who has the experience, know-how or interest in **Marketing**. This a unique opportunity with an extremely supportive executive team and parent population. The ideal person will come to the team with ideas on how to grow the presence in the local market and provide engaging content for the parent population on the school and students; and the ability to execute those ideas and plans in line with the school's vision.

The responsibilities of this position include, however, are not limited to:
- Managing the Executive Principal's calendar and schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Create and schedule content for the school's Facebook page, including promoting content on social media networks & monitoring engagement
- Coordinate and support as required at the internal staff meetings, including preparing agendas, catering, technical setup, rooming and taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Assist with budget preparation and financial management for the office and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
