We are seeking an eager and reliable Maintenance All-Rounder. This position is on an ongoing basis where you will be completing daily exterior house cleaning tasks and maintenance checks. If you are enthusiastic about working outdoors this is a fantastic fit for you
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning outdoor furniture and ensuring external areas are clear of rubbish and debris and presented at a high standard
* Basic machine operation including handheld blower, pressure washer and vacuum cleaner
* Property presentation including external dusting and cobweb removal and furniture set-up
* Maintenance check of property (interior and exterior)
* Minor general household repairs and maintenance
* Responding to ad hoc gardening and cleaning requests
About you
We are seeking eager and keen candidates with either previous experience in the maintenance or cleaning industry, or a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service, along with having the ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines set.
Preferred requirements
* Previous Cleaning and/or all-round Maintenance experience
* Current Manual Drivers Licence (essential)
* High communication and customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
* High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail
* Be able to follow directions, and work at a fast pace keeping to time limits and required expectations
* Able to work autonomously and use initiative
* Ability to perform basic handyman tasks including minor general household repairs and maintenance
* Availability to work occasional weekend shifts as business requirements dictate
