* 12 month contract

You will lead the design and migration of massive scale networks (Stadiums, Universities, Hospitals) as they transition from legacy AireOS environments to the next generation Catalyst 9800 and Cisco DNA stack.
The Role:
* Execute the transition from legacy controllers (5508/5520) to IOS-XE (Cat9800). You must be able to translate legacy "AP Groups" into the new "Tags & Profiles" model without breaking the network.
* Perform complex RF surveys for challenging environments using Ekahau AI Pro. You will calculate link budgets, antenna patterns, and cell density for high-capacity public venues.
* Act as the final escalation point for the region. You will analyse PCAP files to debug client association issues, troubleshoot 802.1X/EAP authentication flows with ISE, and resolve CAPWAP tunnel fragmentation.
About You:
* Expert knowledge of the Config Model: Policy Tags, Site Tags, and RF Tags.
* Experience performing ISSU (In-Service Software Upgrades) and hot-patching in 24/7 critical environments.
* Mastery of Layer 1 Troubleshooting: Using Spectrum Analyzers (Sidekick 2) to identify non-Wi-Fi interference.
* 8+ years in Enterprise Wireless Engineering
* CCIE Enterprise Wireless (or legacy Wireless)
