Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office department and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure high standards of guest service are achieved and maintained upon check-in and during guests' stays.
* Manage loyalty programs and affiliated initiatives.
* Respond to guest feedback and distribute it to relevant departments.
* Assist with workforce planning requirements, including recruitment, rostering, training, and development of the team.
