About the Role
The objective of the Modern Applications practice is to become the trusted partner for our customers in advising and delivering modern application solutions. Alongside delivering solutions, the role would also involve supporting the sales team as the technical representative by attending / presenting at sales meetings, responding to tenders/RFPs. This is a hybrid role with flexible work from home options & may be based out of multiple locations within Australia. It reports to the Head of Modern Applications.
Main Duties
1. Implementing (hands on development) and contributing to design Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE solutions following Microsoft's best practices.
2. Participating in technical (code) reviews, technical documentation, and remediation plans throughout all aspects of the software development life cycle.
3. Liaise closely with stakeholders and the wider project team in gathering requirements, agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, and go live activities.
4. Share/presenting to the wider Solutions team to share knowledge/experience in project implementations.
5. Identify improvement opportunities as well as adopting new methods and best practices for CBS' clients
6. Attend onsite visits to clients when required
About You
We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions using Agile methodologies. They would demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting & problem-solving skills. Customer facing experience in consulting roles would be preferred. Certification in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform & experience in PCF development, scripting languages is highly desirable. Key skills include -
7. 4+ years' development experience with Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and its development tools
8. 3+ years' development experience with Power Apps Portals/Power Pages and its development tools
9. 3+ years' development experience with Power Automate
10. Familiar and experience in two or more Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Service Automation/Project Operations, Field Services, etc.)
11. Familiar and experience in Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, XRM toolbox, Azure DevOps.
12. Familiar and experience of SSRS reports and Power BI integration with Power Platform.
