Role: Senior Educator – Educational Leader
Location: 364 McKinnon Road, Bentleigh East, 3165, VIC
Centre: Goodstart Bentleigh East McKinnon Road
Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
Pay: $41.60 – $42 per hour + super
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

* Large, Welcoming Centre: 114-place centre offering high-quality care for children aged six weeks to school age, open from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM

You'll Need
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
