St Thomas Primary School Sale has a friendly, professional team of staff who provide a supportive work and a positive and inspiring work environment. We are currently seeking a Specialist STEM Teacher to join our supportive team on a permanent part-time basis.
Responsibilities
* Plan, teach and implement a STEM teaching program across all grade levels
* Provide a child-safe environment in accordance with the child-safe standards
* Monitor, evaluate and report student progress in key learning areas
* Implement strategies to achieve targets related to student learning outcomes
Qualifications
* Current registration with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
* Tertiary qualification in Education
* Passed literacy and numeracy test for initial teacher education (LANTITE)
* Demonstrated experience in teaching STEM subjects across primary school levels
* Knowledge of Victorian Curriculum for Science, Technology, Digital Technologies and Mathematics
