Job Overview



The hospital is seeking a Communication Support Officer to provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing professional and confidential reception services through various departments.



Key Responsibilities:



* Providing customer service support via the Switchboard, Main Reception, and Emergency Department Reception

* Performing administrative functions associated with emergency admissions and after-hours direct admissions




Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will require outstanding communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.



Benefits



This is a permanent part-time shift worker position, working 8 hours per fortnight. The salary range is $73,811 to $79,779 per annum (pro rata), with an employer contribution of 12% superannuation.
