Customer Service and Community Support Officer
The role involves providing high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service and cashier processing for Council and Service NSW services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Processing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
* Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong customer service background
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications
