Marketing Executive role

Working for an early education organisation, you will be the new Marketing executive in this brand-new role.
You will be a part of a very supportive and creative team where your creative side will shine through.
Your role as the Marketing Executive will be to support both the Head of Communications and Head of Campaigns across a variety of projects for the Marketing Team.
You will be managing our digital channels to maintain a consistent brand voice and oversee marketing requests, offering solutions to improve effectiveness in the management of these processes.
As part of our content requirements, you will manage the production of content, to include photography and video edits used across marketing campaigns and other company-wide communications.
You will also assist in campaign lead generation for Services, work closely with our external agencies in the management of collateral and merchandise and provide administrative support for financial tasks across the team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience with social media, digital platforms, digital analysis and content marketing
- Knowledge of data analysis
- Dedicated team player
- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form)
- Creative thinker with initiative
- Bachelor of Commerce or Marketing - desirable.
- You must be a creative and be process driven with excellent time management skills
**What you will be responsible for**:
- Supporting the Head of Communications on the management of Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
- The development and management of content for marketing campaigns-managing all posts, generating leads, responding to comments and queries online
- Creating engaging content to build brand awareness -writing for the web, EDM's etc.
You must have strong excellent writing skills
- You must be able to assist with content and shoots ie photo and video shoots, writing scripts for briefs and shoots.
- Reviewing and coaching our Services on Community Engagement
- Assisting our Head of Campaigns to implement major lead generation and recruitment campaigns
- Managing marketing ticket requests, collateral and merchandise, whilst also looking for efficiencies in this process
- Developing relationships with vendors to ensure we maximise outcomes.
- Rolling out new services and on-boarding
