**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, hedging, fertilising, and pest control, following client specifications and seasonal requirements.

* Conduct site assessments to identify maintenance needs, develop work plans, and estimate resource requirements.

* Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide recommendations for enhancing the aesthetic appeal and health of their gardens.

* Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring availability and proper maintenance to support operational activities.

**Requirements**

* Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
">
* Valid White Card.
">
* Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.

* Valid Drivers' license.

* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
