Job Description
In this role, you will act as the conduit between product, design, and tech-breaking features into stories, designing flows, and supporting the team to build well-documented, scalable systems. You will collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the system meets the required specifications.
You will also be responsible for creating system diagrams, process flows, sequence and architecture diagrams, and collaborating with the development team to implement these designs. Additionally, you will lead backlog refinement sessions and support agile ceremonies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of system design principles, agile methodologies, and experience working with cloud-based systems. You should also be proficient in documenting APIs, data mapping, integration flows, and skilled in visual tools like Lucidchart, draw.io, Visio. Furthermore, you should have hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user stories and tracking.
A baseline security clearance is mandatory, and you must be an Australian citizen with existing clearance. Preferred background includes technical business analysis or systems analysis in enterprise environments, work involving secure government systems, regulated platforms, or cloud-based services, and agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe) in a multidisciplinary team.
