Purpose of the Position
As an Accounts Payable Officer you will manage invoices.
Key Responsibilities
Managing supplier invoices from receipt to payment.
Receiving, verifying, coding, and entering invoices into the system.
Securing approvals, scheduling, and processing payments, reconciling vendor accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Communicating with vendors, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end closing and financial audits to ensure compliance and healthy cash flow.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar accounts payable or finance role.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
