Branch Operations Supervisor at Indie Campers is an exciting opportunity for a travel enthusiast to join our dynamic team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining our fleet, and ensuring smooth depot operations.
* Handling reservations, welcoming guests, and managing check-ins and check-outs;
* Maintaining the fleet, overseeing logistics, and ensuring campervans are in top condition;
* Managing bookings, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
* Handling complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
* Preparing and cleaning campervans;
* Monitoring maintenance and repair needs;
* Assisting in reselling campervans and showing them to prospective buyers.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car who possess excellent communication skills and direct customer contact experience. Eligibility to work in Australia, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory) are also required.
Responsibilities include working weekends and being responsible, reliable, well-organized, and problem-solving oriented.
