As a Quality and Education Manager, you will inspire your team to grow, thrive, and deliver care that truly makes a difference. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional clinical care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to policy, legislation, and privacy requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor of Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration as a minimum requirement.
* Strong interpersonal and delegation skills.
