For your application to be successful, you should have:
* Confidence in high-volume food preparation and presentation
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* A positive, reliable attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Flexible availability, including the ability to work a variety of shifts—mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Physical capability to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Sound knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety best practices
Your new day-to-day:
* Located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s Q1 building, SkyPoint Bistro + Bar serves delightful breakfasts and all-day café-style dining, while our events team delivers exceptional experiences for plated dining, cocktail, and canapé events. As a qualified chef, you day will look like this:
* Preparing a variety of fresh and innovative dishes in a high-volume environment.
* Working closely with a team to deliver consistently excellent food and guest experiences.
* Follow and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with HACCP.
