About the role
As a Room Attendant at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. This is a casual position based at our hotel in Burwood, NSW 2134, where you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas.
What you'll be doing
1. Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
2. Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
3. Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to your supervisor
4. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
5. Provide exceptional customer service to our guests at all times
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role, ideally within the hospitality industry
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
3. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
5. A positive and friendly attitude, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
