Responsibilities
1. Collaborate closely with the Senior People Partner to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
2. Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees, providing timely support.
3. Support managers through ER cases, helping them build confidence and autonomy.
4. Use ER data to identify proactive solutions and support the Senior People Partner on initiatives.
