We are partnering with a highly regarded investment platform seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional looking to broaden their exposure across acquisitions, development projects, portfolio management and strategic asset initiatives. Working closely with senior decision-makers, you will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, undertaking detailed financial analysis and supporting the execution and management of a diverse portfolio of real asset investments.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to complex transactions, sophisticated investment structures and a broad range of value creation initiatives within a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and assess investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis, modelling and commercial due diligence.
* Support transaction execution, including investment appraisal, market research and stakeholder coordination.
* Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to analyse acquisitions, developments and asset performance.
* Prepare investment papers, presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders and investment committees.
* Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risks, returns and strategic outcomes.
* Assist with portfolio reviews, business planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
* Monitor investment performance and provide analytical insights to support decision-making.
* Support value creation initiatives, development projects and strategic portfolio activities.
* Contribute to investment strategy, market intelligence and opportunity sourcing initiatives.
* Assist with financing and capital structuring analysis where required.
* Support governance, compliance and broader business initiatives across the platform.
About You
* 4+ years of relevant experience within real estate investment management, funds management, corporate finance, advisory, investment banking or a related environment.
* Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
* Experience assessing investment opportunities and preparing detailed financial analysis.
* Exposure to development feasibility modelling, project analysis or value-add investment strategies will be highly regarded.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
