About The Role
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and diligent full‐time Retirement Village Manager to manage the day‐to‐day operations of our 98‐unit village. The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and encouraging residents to experience optimal independence and quality of life.
Reporting to the Manager Retirement Living, this hands‐on position is responsible for:
* Providing friendly and efficient customer service to village residents, promptly addressing any issues or resident concerns
* Monitoring and coordinating the property maintenance needs and services with key stakeholders
* Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of residents
* Contributing to the financial performance of the village, including budgeting and reporting
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement
* Building strong relationships with residents, their families and the local community
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Experience in retirement living, aged care and/or property management
* Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional approach
* An understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements consistent with the Retirement Villages Act
* Experience in village budgeting and financial management, including preparation, monitoring and cost control
* Proven ability to manage day‐to‐day operations of a retirement village
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
